1. Cancellation Conditions
A cancellation request can be submitted under the following general conditions:
the request must be submitted within 72 hours of payment completion;
the order must not yet be processed or shipped;
at the time of the request, verifiable information must be provided, such as the order number, proof of payment, and a brief reason for the cancellation.
Requests that meet these criteria will be verified, and the outcome will be communicated via email.
2. Cases Not Applicable to Cancellation
Order cancellation is not applicable in the following cases:
the order has already been shipped or entrusted to the carrier;
delivery impossibility is due to address errors or incorrect essential information.
If the order has been shipped, the rights provided by the Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy remain applicable, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
3. How to Submit a Request
Cancellation requests can be submitted through the customer support channels, providing the necessary information for order identification.
The information transmitted is used exclusively for handling the request.
4. Verification and Refund Management
After receiving the complete request, the verification procedure is initiated, and the outcome is communicated via email.
Refunds, if applicable, apply only to unshipped orders or, in specific cases, returned orders.
Refund characteristics:
the amount is processed using the same payment method used for the order (e.g., Visa or MasterCard);
refund processing occurs within 1-3 business days of cancellation confirmation;
credit to the account is normally visible within 3-7 business days of processing, depending on the bank's timing;
if the credit is not visible within 15 days, you can contact support for verification.

Personal data provided within the scope of order cancellation are processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR:
data is used exclusively for handling the request;
the rights of access, rectification, or erasure can be exercised within the limits provided by law;
to exercise these rights, the indicated contact channels can be used.
